Set up gmail on blackberry curve 9320

Trying to set up gmail on a Blackberry Curve 9320 with no data plan (want to use wifi only). When I go to "Setup > Email Accounts", there is no option fro webmail ... only "enterprise account". What gives?

On pre BlackBerry 10 devices you need access to BIS through the data connection. Make sure your plan is BlackBerry specific. This is because all email is sent through BlackBerry secure servers. Get the data saver for BlackBerry access add on, that's what you need for native email to function even over wifi. On the phone itself you can shut off your data connection. Here's a link to the add on: http://bit.ly/14gBo8Q Use the Gmail BlackBerry App ad a work around . You may have to install it using the BlackBerry Desktop Software
