Self serve app problems

Have the curve 9320. The self serve app keeps giving me a user/pwd error. Have reset the pwd twice through the website to make sure it's correct. Not sure what is goin on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Are you able to get in to the self serve on the computer? Do you know if there are multiple email addresses set up with this account? A lot of times when people set up their self serve, they end up with multiple emails attached - this leads to you logging in using one password, but it is trying to use the other email. I would talk to customer service and see if they can check on your self serve information for this
David: Self serve on the pc works just fine. Only one email address associated with the koodo account, so no problem there. Thanks

I got this problem too, so I deleted my password and re-type it. It worked for me.

You can also try to delete the app and reinstall. Worked for me in the past.
