There should be rewards for Customers who have been with Koodo for "x" amount of time.
A few suggestions for rewards:
-higher % contribution from each monthly bill towards tab
-better service bundles
-quicker access to upgrades
This is a great idea because it inspires people to join Koodo & provides incentives for current Customers. It is also beneficial to those joining Koodo whom cannot afford a brand new phone; Customers are more likely to quickly upgrade their phones with incentives & therefore the phones being traded in will be in better (newer) condition. It's a win-win!
