Receiving "ajax http error" when attempting to view phones on the new website

When trying to select the options "Show more phones", "Android", "iPhone", and/or "Talk & Text" I'm presented with this error: An AJAX HTTP error occurred. HTTP Result Code: 500 Debugging information follows. Path: /views/ajax?INTCMP=KMNew_NavMenu_Shop_Phones StatusText: Internal Server Error ResponseText: 500 Internal Server Error 500 Internal Server Error nginx Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hi Aaron, HTTP Error 500 is a server side issue. Koodo is still working hard on their new website to get everything up and going again. These errors can only be fixed on the server side and not on client side. You can try to clear your browser's cache and cookies, but apart from that you just have to wait for Koodo to finish up their site. Hope this helps!
