Problem switching from iPhone to Blackberry Curve


Hey I have a phone plan right now - Canada Wide 45 -which includes 500mb of data, and I have been using my iPhone until a few days ago when it broke. I am now using my backup Blackberry Curve and it is charging me per-use for the data that I use. What can I do? Thanks for reading, Colin

As far as I know You'd have to change to a BlackBerry version of a plan unfortunately. Not the best phone to use as a backup if you don't have a blackberry plan as you can't just switch your old plan to the BlackBerry version of the plan. You can call customer service and see if they can make the change possibly.

Usually the support team can do what Paul mentioned if the plan is no longer available for frontline agents.
