price match

koodo should allow customer to price match any phone on any provider as long as its on a tab large. iphone 6 was on sale today for $79 but only on telus and bell. and of course rogers will allow their customer to match the price as long as they meet the plan they needed on that phone. so koodo should allow to price match any phone as long as its on a large tab,just saying.

Nope, Koodo wants you in Tab S/M and not L. They don't price match because them and Virgin are the only carriers who allow you to pay more upfront and take a cheaper plan.

not everyone wants small and medium tab,theyre changing their plans every now and then for the tab small. before it was on 24 i believe. but now how much is the plan for small tab? 30? theyre increasing their plans every year so its not worth it to go on small tab or medium tab

If you want a high end phone and are willing to pay as much at Koodo as you are with the big 3, then you should be going to telus, rogers or bell. if you're willing to pay the premium cost of a plan, you may as well be with one of the 3. whats actually happening is their making the least expensive plan to sign up on now more expensive. there are, have never and probably will never be conditions for a tab small. just because the cheapest plan is $30, it's inaccurate to say that the cheapest tab s plan is $30 when people can renew their older plans that are $15, $20, $25 onto a tab s.
so how much would the iphone 6 cost me cuz i would just switch over to a different company if its 275 plus tax n virigin n them will give it to me for the 99 dollars n i can have the same plan i have now with koodo . i pay 70 dollars a month im on large tab .

yeah just go on telus or bell if ur paying 75 anyways. they are on sale right now on future shop and best buy for 79. $99 on walmart

If you are on tab L the price of the phone will be 775-500$ = 275$ Unfortunately Koodo doesn't do any price match

One thing to keep in mind, is that if you do the math, every tab large plan will pay off your tab faster than 2 years (with the exception of some regional plans). So that means you drop the $10 tab charge, and could drop to the $30 plan as soon as your tab is done, where as with the other guys youll be paying the bigger plan for 2 years, and possibly longer.

if ull do the math its the same thing as flextab balance in rogers. but in rogers ur not gonna pay extra $10 for their plan. unlike koodo u have to pay extra $10 to PAY OFF ur phone and theyll only contribute 15% of what ur bill. on rogers,telus and bell they will reduce ur phone every month example u owe 500 ÷24 so $20.83 is what they contribute to ur phone every month without costing u anything just to stay on ur plan and contract

For the purposes of having all the correct information: Mark, your price plan can be reduced after 2 years if you don't renew and you're done your contract with the big 3.

In alot of cases the extra $10 works out to the same as what youd be paying with the other carriers (although i usually compare with Virgin/Fido) in which case they just make their platinum plans $10 more expensive. And to what you said Ahmad, your absolutely correct, but that also means the customer has to proactively go in and change their plan. With Koodo the plan will automatically drop by the $10 after your tab is paid off (again its pretty much always sooner than 24 months), so if the customer does nothing they save that, if they go on and change it they could save more. If a customer is paid off at 20months, they could potentially save close to $200 if they dropped their plan $40-50 a month when compared to a 2yr contract.

I don't think it is gonna work since these carriers have different contract strategy, so no way for price match.
