Poor service

We have given up trying to get Koodo to resolve their service issue here. 1 of the 2 phones will be switched to another provider today. The other one in about 2 weeks. Koodo had plenty of time to resolve their issues and have resolved nothing.

Doug, Starting a third thread on the same topic isn't going to get a group of volunteer community members to fix a cell site problem. You have been given the recommended action several times now. It is bad that your area is still down, so do what you got to do.

Dude, there are always two sides to every story. Not telling your side puts you on the loosing end. Give us more details. Never mind. Just noticed that you blasted it the issue all over already and were given some reccos. Cell technology is not perfect and it won't be for some time.
Problem is ...... we had cell reception here up until about 2 or 3 weeks ago. SAME issue on both phones - blackberry and iPhone. Then the reception stopped at our house and all I get now is "no service" . We have talked to tech support multiple times and the issue still exists and no reply as to what is going on. I am well aware that cell service is touch and go but we HAD a signal and now we DON'T. When you sign up - oh yah they tell you your area is covered. Just so they can get you onto their system. We did nothing to these 2 phones to cause the signal to stop. Something has happened on the Koodo end and now we have no signal. Of course we can drive 4km's down the road to get a signal - great eh? We were told that they were going to check into the issue 2 weeks ago. Nothing has changed and nothing to let us know what is going on. Not sure what else you want me to say....

My question is do you have friends/family members who get reception in your area with different providers? You might want to test that first... I don't want you to end up with the same issue.
