plan change


hi I want to change my CAN Talk & Text 100min $30 to CAN Talk & text 200min $29. when i am doing it with self service its saying something like this before 'confirm' button. ''The charges shown are only an estimate and don't include excess airtime, 911 Emergency Access Charge, mandatory data fees and applicable taxes" what doe it mean? is it that i will not be getting extra min, which is 200 instead my old 100 mins?

Hi there... whenever you change your plan online, the changes will take effect right away, but it does not mean that you will get 200 minutes extra right away, everything will be prorated... In other words, a billing cycle has 30 days, so if your plan includes 100 min and you change your plan on day 15 of your billing cycle for a plan with 200 min, you will be getting about 100 min extra for the rest of the month, and then when your next billing cycle starts fresh, then you will start having the 200 minutes in full...

Basically what this statement is saying is that the $29 is the base price. 911 fees, tab charges (if applicable), overage charges and taxes would all be applied on top of this.
