Payment for remaining balance

I paid 2 days in row on a outstanding balance. Now self service won't accept credit card for the remaining balance. I can't have my service disrupted! Help!

hi Mandy,
I think they sometimes had unscheduled maintenance or some glitch in payment system. I would suggest you try again during the day.

You could also try their 611 payment system. Dial 611 and hit 3, that option would allow you to pay using a credit card.

Also you could always pay via your online banking then it won't matter what koodo's system is doing

Don't be surprised if on-line banking payments take a few business days to appear on your account. 611 is always your best bet on weekends.
