We have this community forum which is pretty much a 24/7 online support. We can't personally deal with your account but it's a very convenient way to get help.
Well John it looks like it needs to be reinvented! The comments are not rave reviews.

I beg to disagree actually. I'm very happy that Koodo does not sweep problems under the rug. I'd say that the vast majority of comments are very positive especially for a cell company!

I agree that koodo does a great with customer service. But does not serve it's clients. Bell raises money for mental illness. I am say Koodo should have a hotline for counselling, psychology and related issues. Prevention rather then see the after math of the problem as bell does with everything. Koodo want to be proactive w client service as well services for "client". Koodo is always on the cutting edge no matter the issue or person concern or client needs.

Koodo is a subsidiary of Telus which sponsors a lot of charities as well. Unfortunately, it would be unrealistic to ask Koodo provide a hotline for counselling, psychology and related issues as this is not their business. Their staff are trained to help with your wireless needs and are not counsellors or psychologists. If you are in need of help, please reach out to a health care professional. Most provinces have hotlines with these services (i.e. http://www.mentalhealthhelpline.ca). Hope this helps!

I should also add that Koodo was actually ranked first in 2013 in customer survey: http://www.cbc.ca/news/technology/koodo-first-rogers-last-in-cellphone-customer-survey-1.1312769
