Numerous Admins

I share a phone account with my father at Koodo. And though I am fully able to do things online, I am unable to make numerous changes to our plan on the phone or at kiosks. I know recently It has been changed that with his authorization I can upgrade my phone, but it would be ideal if he had the option to make me a constant second admin and to make any changes to our plan with authorization only one time. Many other phone companies are successful with this approach, and as long as you have the initial admins support I don't see what the problem is.
