Monthly Video and Voice Chat over Cellular minutes, family, or "fave five"

By setting aside an allotted time or specified contacts, plans could allow the usage of Video and Voice chat applications by minutes or limited to user-selected contacts or those on a family plan. This Video and Voice usage would not count towards mobile data usage until a minutes-limit was reached, or if unprescribed contacts were contacted.

This would enable consumers to more freely and comfortably use Voice and Video chat applications on the go, while at the same time encouraging them to subscribe to higher data limits or contact permissions.
