messages awaiting retrieval

I am receiving numerous texts this morning saying that I have a message awaiting retrieval and I should click to download. New to Koodo this week and i've never seen anything like this. Says click on button to download, then says message queued for delivery, but nothing received. If all my texts are going to come through like this, I will have to go back to Bell. More info- I contacted one of the people I'm supposedly getting texts from and she hasn't sent any. I've gotten at least 30 of these thing this morning from at least 5 separate "people". Is this a virus or a problem with koodo??

Hi Joan, Maybe a phone number change might be worth considering. I believe this can be done by logging into your self serve account and I think it may be under Phone Services. I'm on prepaid which is why I can't say for certain. Someone else with a postpaid account should be able to provide more info.

Could also be Mms and your data needs to be on for that

Data isn't on, or mms apn is not setup correctly on this blackberry
