Koodo Protection Plan


I Suggest that Koodo should have a Protection plan like for example $5 per month that offers damage/lost/stolen it is one way to save hundreds of dollars for customers who accidentally damage/lost/stolen their phones since Koodo offers High End phones I believe that most of the customers need it, since its hard for people to pay the phone at its Original Price if they lost/damage their phone

That may well be why they don't usually sell the higher gig phones. 16 gig is the highest I've seen in the iPhones. But the option to take out a little Insurance is a valid one I think. On the other hand, how would Koodo know the phone was lost or stolen? The damaged phone would be no problem, of course.
Or perhapse she should stop dropping/ sitting on it
If theres a way that they can Locate the phone or they can disable it or if its lost or stolen they should pay a little amount that people still can save money because they are already paying a certain amount of dollars per month.. but if its accidentally damaged like water/screen it should all be covered by the insurance

Hey Dc, Thanks for suggesting this idea in the community! We've taken a look and decided to start the Koodo Extended Warranty program. It extends the standard warranty to 2 years and protects against accidental physical and water damage. If you'd like, you can see full details of the warranty here. Thanks again!
I think Koodo should offer a device protection plan. It seems to me that this is one significant weakness in customer service that has in all other respects been good.
