Hi there. I am bringing up the issue I had regarding international text messaging six months ago. It's actually happening again. My messages are sent but the receiver cannot receive it. Since the recipient of my messages are in the Philippines, I use 011639XXXXXXXXX. It's been like this for two days now. This is actually the fourth time it happened. The second and third incident only lasted for a few hours. I was actually hoping that it would go back to normal again. After a day, I removed the battery and sim card from my phone. Then I texted my friends and still, they cannot receive it. When i tried calling my friends, they can receive my calls. If calling Tech Support would be your suggestion, I don't think I'd like that because the last time I called, I was told that it was not Koodo's problem and that I have to call Globe regarding this issue. If there is no other way, then I really hope that it won't take a whole week to work on it. I really need this issue to be resolved because it is the only way that I can communicate with my friends and relatives in the Philippines. I am a loyal customer who loves the plans you provide and I have never failed to pay my bills on time. I'm quite upset with this. I really hope it will be fixed soon.
