Idea for those who are deaf-mute


Since there are many individuals who are deaf-mute, there should be a button or built in option on all koodo phones that such individuals can click on to receive face-to-face assistance. For example, if he/she had a question regarding their phone bill, instead of having a relative or friend call for them, he/she would push this button, and a custumer service representative's face would pop up on their phone screen, as well as the Koodo customer's face would pop up on the customer service rep's computer screen, where they could then converse in sign language. This would allow further independence for deaf-mute ones. I really think this would be a great thing for such individuals. Thanks for considering my idea, Katrina
