I switched to a blackberry from an android due to problem and my data wont work on my blackberry. How can i fix this problem?

I'm assuming you have an older BlackBerry like a bold or curve. Check your plan in self serve and make sure the letters BB are after your plans name, this signifies that BlackBerry provisioning is on your account. If it's not then you'll need to change plans to a BlackBerry specific version All of this can be done in self serve
