How do I fnd my pin without calling customer service?

Hi there Sahit... If you wrote it down somewhere maybe... Other than that, you will have to call Customer Service, after being authenticated with some questions, you will be able to have access to your PIN...

When I got my phone, the agent (did in store) wrote the pin down on the contract.The rep probably did that cause they thought you'd forget but unless the employee has taken it upon themselves to write it down for you (which they aren't required to), there's no way to get your pin without calling customer service.

When I got my phone, the agent (did in store) wrote the pin down on the contract.Or, visit the Koodo store where you purchased your phone, show 2 pieces of your id with photo, and, store rep will disclose your PIN he setup for you at the time of purchase.

I had the same thing happen to me. I went into the store to get a new account through koodo, and they didn't give me anything. I don't have my pin,either.

I had the same thing happen to me. I went into the store to get a new account through koodo, and ...Unless it's written down on the documentation you got with the phone, you cannot get the pin without either calling Koodo or visiting a kiosk with photo id.

I went into the store to get a new account through koodo, and ...You can call Koodo and verify the account using other methods such as giving the date of birth, address, last four numbers of the credit card, last three numbers of the SIN, and/or driver's license. Any three of those will work. After that, they can give you the pin.
