Frustrated in Vancouver


For over a week now I have not been able to receive emails. My email server says everything is fine at their end. When I contacted Blackberry they said I was to deal with Koodo. I have tried the info offered online from Koodo. Still no email delivery. I am ready to give up & ask u to change my plan. Sure would be nice to talk to a voice. Mark

You can call Koodo, Mark from your phone the number is *611. But I can promise you already that Koodo does not interfere with sending or receiving emails, it must be something else (presumably some setting). Changing your plan will not make a difference... unless you're talking about not being able to use data while not on WiFi. Is that what you mean?
