Does anyone know the instructions to change a phone number?

I used self serve online to change my phone number but when I went to click on the Instructions I forgot I had pop-ups blocked so I temporarily allowed them which refreshed the page. After that I couldn't get the instructions because it just said "Mobile Number entered is invalid. Please check and try again."
I have all the info, the service/unlock code and the MIN and MDN, but I don't know what to do with it! Did anyone happen to copy down the Instructions or print them off? I want to know how to finish the process of changing my number. Thanks!

I've already started the process of changing my number so I can't get back to the screen that has the instructions. It has nothing to do with my pop-up blocker anymore. It's that I cannot finish the process of changing my number without the step-by-step instructions.

Did you close the browser and try a second time? If so just make it easy on yourself and call into Koodo (*611 from your Koodo device) and explain to customer care the situation and they'll change it for you

I did and it said "Mobile Number entered is invalid. Please check and try again".
Fortunately, it now has the right number on self serve but my old number is still on my phone. And when I try calling *611 it says "10-T-2 your phone is not activated".

Try 1-866-995-6636.
Sounds like they're gonna have to do some troubleshooting on the back end

I was hoping to avoid this, but it seems inevitable. Thanks for trying though! 🙂

If this is a CDMA phone you can try using using the automatic over the air provisioning system by calling *22803.

I have no idea if it is, lol. I was just hoping someone remembered what they had to do to change their phone number after they picked the new number and got to the screen where you had to click on the Instructions button.
Did they call a number on their phone? Or change one of the MID or whatever numbers on their phone? I'm sure someone changed their phone number recently and remembers what steps they took.

If it has a sim card, pull the battery and sim and restart the phone. If it does not have a sim card, try what I suggested above.

Thank you so much! I've been looking up so many posts in this forum and trying so many different things and the solution was so simple! Why isn't that on the Koodo website anywhere? It's a simple number *22803 and it solved everything!

This was a special case. Most devices now a days have a sim card and would simply need a restart
