Do we need to go to a kiosk to take phones into repair?

I have talked to several people that do not have a kiosk anywhere near them, but do have retail providers (ie. Future shop, Walmart, etc...). Is there any way that we can arrange that our retail providers can also send a phone away for repair so that customers do not have to travel 1 hour + in order to get the phone repaired?

Mobile Shop actually sends phones out for repair too, but only if you bought the phone from us.

You can try calling locations that offer Koodo service and ask them if they do send out warranty repairs. If you can't find any, you'll have to go to a Koodo kiosk to get your phone sent out for repair.

According to Koodo's website : If you can’t make it to a Koodo Shop (because your far away from one), call us at *611 from your Koodo phone or toll free at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) and request a Return Mailer.
