Dissatisfied costumer.....


Phone was.gift and when powered on screen is black as well as not displaying anything looks like black with white curve on bottom...Could phone be defective or has it been damaged..damaged do to cold weather maybe....don't know what to do with it but l need phone?

Feel free to give Koodo a call at 1-866-995-6636 option 6 for technical support and they can do some troubleshooting first then determine what sort of repair options they have if it still is not fixed.

If your phone was purcahsed within 14 days you can take it back for an exchange. Keep in mind as long as there's not physical or water damage. Otherwise, as mentioned above you'd have to contact Koodo for repair options.

Did you try charge the phone? If it was a.gift, the battery might fully drained...
