data issues


I just paid my bill Dec. 1st and i go a message today saying i had used 95% of my data. I seems like my data did not restart to 0 for the new billing period. what going on?

The date that you pay your bill is not necessarily the date that your cycle is reset, Emily. Check self service on what date your new billing cycle starts 🙂
