Can't register mobile app on blackberry classic


I'm having trouble registering for the Koodo Self Serve Mobile App on my new BlackBerry Classic. The register page is all cut off, which isn't really a problem until I reach the end where it asks for a security question. I can select the question, but then I can't access where to type the answer. Anyone else have this problem?

You could just try and do it from your mobile browser through the Koodo website https://secure.koodomobile.com/account/Registration.portal
Thanks for your reply. Problem has been fixed. For anyone else experiencing problems this is what I did: I called *611 and they said there has been problems with registering on the mobile app. When my attempt to register with the app failed, I created an account online through the website. Unfortunately, it thought I was creating two accounts, so when I went back to use the app it gave this message: "The account manager for this account needs to approve your request for access." The nice lady on the phone said it happens all the time, and she just deleted my accounts and sent me a link to start over. Problem solved. Cannot believe how much easier it is to deal with Koodo than Rogers 🙂
