Can't receive any text messages

I've been with koodo for over a year now, and for the last couple of days I haven't been able to revive any texts. I can send texts and people will get it, but I can't receive anything. I also haven't been able to successfully send any picture messages. I have both unlimited Canada-wide texting and picture messaging. Please help thanks!

Just to be sure: -You've paid your bill? -You're not on a Spending Cap? -You've rebooted your device? -You've removed the battery (if your device has a removable battery)? -You've reset the APN (if an Android device)? -Are you able to place / receive calls?
Remove the battery and SIM card, wait 30 seconds, then put it back together. Doing this fixes 95% of most problems.
