Upset with sitting on hold, I worked in a call center once and when we got over run with calls we called in extra help. I am beyond upset that I waited on hold for three hours and was then hung up on. The phone contected to someone but they must not have been ready and disconnected the call instead of asking me to wait for a moment. I have nos been on hold for an hour again.

I did all day and after three hours almost each time I was hung up on.

I think Koodo should extend the promo for existing customers for a few days more, that will help them to offload the call volume now.

8 hours 4 hang ups... I'm beginning to hate koodo... I've been a loyal customer... Hate to go to Bell
Koodo was being idiotic for bringing up this hot deal and then koodo rep cannot the phone calls.
Same here. Trying again tomorrow, then switching companies if I can't get through
