I am an existing Koodo customer and I just bought a new phone.
I am trying to switch my number to my new phone and upgrade my plan, and I also require a new sim card.
Is there a way to do this online without the option of adding a new line?
I’ve requested a callback but wanted to know if you guys have any thoughts?

There is not directly from koodo, you’ll either have to go into a store or find a place online to get a new sim card. If you purchased the new phone from Koodo they should have sent you a new sim card with the phone

The plan can be changed online.
