Bonus data not active, but on my account

Need an Offical rep to look into this - back in June my data quit working (reached my 3 gig limit), but I have 3 gig bonus data on account (for 24 months, per the deal I got with my phone purchase) and the bonus data wouldn't work for 7 days out of my billing cycle.  Then it started working again for no apparent reason.  I haven't gone over my normal 3 gig since yet, so I don't know if this is a problem still, but I'd like a rep to look into my account to see if there is an issue or not.

Your best bet then is to send a private lessons to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter. A rep here could probably look into it if the email you used for the forum account matches that with your Koodo account.
