BlackBerry self serve plan not working


I downloaded the Koodo Self Serve app, and although the SMS totals reflect accurately, the data usage and airtime usage don't show anything.

When you look at your usage via the browser on your BB Larry, does everything show up properly?
Yup; both on the BlackBerry and my laptop.

I see now....looks like activated with us just about a week ago. The first ten days of data use on new activation are not charged to let people have a few days understanding their use. Of course it doesn't help if you can't actually see it. So I will need to look into that, although I'm quite sure usage will appear once the ten days is over. You are also on a plan with unlimited minutes so you will not have to worry about additional charges for that, but again it should show up as well. Again, I will dig and try to find the root cause as to why this might be happening. I suspect it's an isolated incident, for some reason, otherwise we would have heard of it here more often. Thanks for the heads-up though Larry!
