Blackberry died, what do I do?

I have had a Blackberry Curve since October, 2013. It hasn't given me any problems until yesterday, when it completely died. I have tried everything suggested in the FAQs, but it is just dead. Can someone advise as to what I have to do now to get it repaired or replaced. My account is totally up-to-date with a zero balance owing.

You have a few options: -Bring it in to Koodo to see if they can send it in for a repair estimate -Buy a new phone (any phone Koodo currently carries) For blackberry this is all they carry unfortunately https://shop.koodomobile.com/certifiedpreowned/c99999905-p0.html -Buy a phone elsewhere (online, etc) - If you are looking for a blackberry check out the blackberry website or Staples
