Blackberry 9790 does't have advanced email option


Bell just migrated my Sympatico account to a new server and I stopped receiving emails. Can send but cannot receive.

To troubleshoot it Bell says to go to advanced options on my email setup, but the 9790 doesn't have an advanced option to edit POP/IMAP settings. Tried to sign into my BIS account as I understood that I could change my settings from there, but strangely cannot sign into my BIS account with Koodo. Sign in tells me that all changes must be made from my phone.

Back to square one and needing help. Anyone?
