BEFORE YOU POST ABOUT TEXTING ISSUES OCT 28 2013


i just got off the phone with Koodo. they are aware of a delay/problem in the texting servers and are working to fix them.. just an fyi before there are another 15-20 posts 🙂

Good. If tech support is busy today, I'll know why. Starting my shift soon 😛
I haven't been able to use my phone, data or texting from my home since the 26th all of a sudden. If I connect to wifi, I get my data plan but no phone, no receiving or sending text. And if I travel down the road, I can use my phone and receive text but still can't send texts (from any location to any one of my contacts) and my data plan works fine. No one seems to know anything except that Bell is putting up a new tower on the west side of town that won't be fully operational until November 21st....3 weeks from now. I'm in Walkerton, Ontario...Midwestern Ontario. Anyone else having problems?
