BB upgrade problems

I have a Q10 which I purchased from BB directly. For whatever reason I have not rec'd notification of the 10.2.1 upgrade (checking via the phone and also trying to force with BB link) .. I have also tried to put in another Kodoo SIM card that did the upgrade and same results .. "you have the most recent upgrade" Does anyone have any ideas what I can do? Thanks.

It's a staggered roll-out. You should be getting your update within the next few days.
trying a Rogers SIM seems to work. Have you checked BB link on your PC?
