Auto top up Prepaid

I have automatic top-up on my prepaid account. I got the text notice several days ago that they would be taking a payment. I did not receive a confirmation text that it had been transacted. I just checked and it hasn't been and it says " Base Plan Expired ". I have had this account for a few years and never had a problem. I renewed my Visa Account number last year when it was replaced. Does anyone know of a clitch in the Prepaid System ?
