Can you uninstalling the app or can you not navigate to the BlackBerry world to do the process of uninstalling the app. If not you might have to do a factory reset
It was actually the blackberry world app i had to update...but no i cant even get my main home screen it goes from a reboot to a white error screen everytime i reset it...how do i factory reset it?

Which BlackBerry? I had a problem on my Z10 where almost every App would crash (even Settings). I couldn't do anything, pretty much. So I connected it to my PC & using the desktop client I Factory Reset it.

Error 603 points to a JVM or Java Virtual Machine error which is an application related problem. It's likely happening on a device that's running Blackberry OS 7.1 or earlier. My Blackberry 7100i (ancient, I know) running Blackberry OS 4.1, used to get error 603 often. I have yet to see this error appear on newer Blackberry devices running OS 10.
