Hi. I got my new q10 last week. Joined kodoo. Paid a lot. Last night my phone disconnected and I receive the following message when I try to rejoin the network: "An error has occurred while trying to read the SIM card. Reinsert the SIM card and try again. If problem persists, please contact your service provider." I have removed and reinserted the SIM card multiple times to try and fix this. One time it depleted my battery to zero. This is a new phone on a new plan. It was working fine for a week. Any ideas?
