Wrongfully charged for Easy Roam - Need charges dropped ASAP

Charged $14.00 for Easy Roam US on Tuesday Oct 31st.

Cellular Data and Data Roaming turned off before crossing land border.

Airplane Mode also turned on before crossing land border.

Need $14.00 charge dropped, please flag Koodo Rep ASAP.

Did you ever receive a text from Koodo that you were roaming on that date? 

Anyway, I will flag a rep here. In the future, if you were come close to the border, you can turn off automatic carrier selection and manually select Koodo. That would help. More here
