Would like a refund for roaming

I was travelling all the time in Canada but was charged for 2 days of roaming in the US.  There was a notification on 1 day during the trip but I did not see a notification on the second day.  How do I get a refund?

It was likely issue with accidental roaming when us tower signal was stronger than Canadian one. Let me flag a rep to assist.

In the future if you travel near us border, I recommend you turn off automatic carrier selection and manually select Koodo. More here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/understanding-how-youll-be-charged-while-travelling

Hi @canne 

We have checked and we found the charges were triggered due to accidental roaming, therefore we have been able to remove them.

Please check out the article suggested by @Dinh to learn more about how to avoid accidental roaming.
