Hi, I was able to see how many months of credits were still available under BILLING when logging into Koodo online. I no longer see this in Account / nor transaction history. Is this feature no longer available online ? If not, how can I find out this info? Thanks.
Koodo updated their system. As of now, I don’t think you could find those information anymore. you would have to look into other detail in the PDF bill.

If you can log out of the community and re-login to the community with your Koodo self Serve account, the rep can look into your credit remaining info
