My bill for this month is weird. I definitely applied for 10GB of data, text messages & phone calls are unlimited when I first signed up for the plan, but this month's bill says that additional charges were incurred by phone call. Of course, it's not an international call. Did my plan change? If my data plan has changed, I think it's invalid because there's no notice received about it. And if I should keep that bill with that money, I would rather use another company's carrier plan. Please check and correct my charged bill right away. I am so frustrated and angry.
