Unauthorized charges

I am currently in Cuba. For the past week I have had unauthorized charges on my phone. This has happened last week up until Nov 12. I have not used my phone to make any calls.  From this moment onwards you are instructed to no longer accept or process any further calls made through this number. In addition you are not authorized to allow any data to be used on this account.

There is some kind of fraud happening here and I wish to hear back from your security department

I'm not sure making that statement will work.

Can we get more details on usage? Do you have easy roam enabled or are these pay per use charges? Is it data? Calls? SMS? Is your phone in airplane mode? Do you want to still be able to receive calls and texts?
