This Koodo Callback is Awful

I have overdue charges on my account from a bug in their autopayments not going through they keep increasing it i was going to pay the fee when i get paid on the 3rd like normal but then they overcharge my account again when i called them last week about paying that fee on the tenth they disable my phone today and i now owe them an extra 80$??? and i have to wait 7 hours for a fucking callback??? Worst Experience ever.

So, you got cut off because of non payment for how many month?

You mentioned that you found a bug in their autopayment system. Have a our try to pay with different methods?

Try #227 to contact them.  You still need to pay reconnection fee and overdue bill.  But you can ask them to make payments arrangements too.
