I recently moved to Canada. I have no credit or credit cards. I’m assuming the tab system here will require one of these two? I’d like to purchase the new iPhone using the tab. Tks!

As long as you can pass the credit check, you can apply for a postpaid account (and the new iPhone).
If you don’t have a credit card, you could use other document at a Koodo location. More here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/credit-check-requirements
Just a reminder, if you go instore, there would be a $60 connection fee to activate a Koodo postpaid account. (Sometimes they had a promotion to waive it).
