Tab Balance Pay Off

I wanted to pay off a part of my tab balance and clicked on the pay tab balance on the self serve portal. But immediately the tab balance became zero and there was a message that the amount will be added to my next bill. This is purely a mistake. I was informed that I could pay part of the tab balance by the sales agent. I wish to revert this. Is it possible ?

I’m surprised that you were informed that. You cannot do that. You can only pay it off in full (anytime you wish, but you may have tab sudsidy fees to pay off), or in the full 24 months.

I’ll flag a rep to assist to see if it can be reversed.
