I never got any notification of my plan changing and somehow I was charged double this month from what I usually pay?? Is this reversible and how much am I going to have to pay going forward because I will be leaving if that’s the case.

Double? Sounds like something else happened. Did you perhaps still need to pay your previous invoice?

Hi ​@Nush you had a recurring bill credit for 24 months that expired on the most recent bill. If you’re interested in a new rate plan you can check the pre-loaded offers in your self serve to see if you find something you’d like.
