Site issues with payments?

I am trying to change my payment info but keep getting an error message that my card number is not valid. I’ve checked and double-checked, and I am entering the correct info from a major Canadian bank. Is there a problem on your end?

Thanks

Can you try to delete the current payment method and add a new one instead of changing it?

As well, I assume you are entering information for a normal checking account (not a credit card)?

If you get an error saying your credit card number is not valid when updating payment info, try using a different browser or clear your current browser cache, as some browsers (like Safari) can cause issues. Also, ensure the billing address on your Koodo account exactly matches what’s on file with your bank; it must be an exact match for the card to be accepted. If the problem persists, contacting Koodo via phone or #227 from your Koodo phone might help resolve account-specific issues.

Make sure whichever card you're looking to switch to also shares the same address and postal code to what is on the koodo account.

Sometimes if these are different it can cause problems with updating the payment method.

Hi @Lyled

We have looked into it and we can see a failed attempt at the beginning of December.

Please try what Dinh suggested and let us know if that helps.
