Self Serve not showing November bill?

Hi all, my November billing date is November 16, and I got the email notification that payment is due. However, Self Serve is not registering the November bill. It says I’m paid in full from October, and the “pay now” button is unavailable.

Is this a glitch? If so, could someone from Koodo please assist? I’ve been a customer for over two years now and have never had this problem before.

Correct. It refers to my last payment made in October and doesn’t acknowledge the new November bill I just received so the “pay now” button is greyed out.

It does however, have the November bill available as a PDF.

The bill has been indeed issued recently, however the amount due is not yet updated (it may happen to be a delay when the bill date is right before the weekend). It should be updated by tomorrow end of the day.

Thank you Flo. I will check again tomorrow (Monday) and update this thread if/when the self serve page updates and I am able to make the payment.

Hi there, just confirming my Self Serve page showed the proper amount due for my November bill and I was able to pay it as per normal. Problem solved...thank you again for your help!
