Hi all, my November billing date is November 16, and I got the email notification that payment is due. However, Self Serve is not registering the November bill. It says I’m paid in full from October, and the “pay now” button is unavailable.
Is this a glitch? If so, could someone from Koodo please assist? I’ve been a customer for over two years now and have never had this problem before.
