Self Serve Bill Payment issues


I've been trying to pay my bill through self serve for a week now. It gives me messages like service unavailable or like the above screenshot when I try to access the step to input my credit card.  Is anyone else having these issues? Am i just gonna have to pay thru my bank? Is it a known issue that's gonna be fixed soon?

Try clearing your browser’s cache and try again.

You can also call 611 and pay with your card using the automated phone payment system

Yeah the cache thing didn't work. :( I ended up doing int through my bank account. Byebye points on my credit card .  Very unhappy customer with everything lately.

Have you been trying to pay with a non-canadian credit card as mentionned in the error? 

I couldn't even get the inputs to load to input my credit details. I always pay with a Canadian card too. I always pay this way. Been the first time in 2 years I had to use another method .
