From April 11 to May 11, 2022, I was travelling several times between Sooke and Port Renfrew in BC and I am being charged US data roaming, but I never entered the US. I was only in border towns, kindly review the charges and reverse. Thank you.

It is really easy to roam onto a U.S. cellular tower when you are at a border town.

For future reference, make sure to select Koodo manually to avoid being charged for these additional charges. I would suggest you to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist to speak to a rep and get a credit for those charges. https://Koo.do/Chat
