roaming charge

Hi, I was charged for two days of roaming while in Port Renfrew BC a couple weeks ago, never crossed the border, please refund, Thanks

It happened when the US cellular signal overpowered the local Telus/Koodo signal. You would have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to assist. They would check and refund it for you.

To avoid similar issue in the future, I recommend you disable “data roaming” in the phone settings. Also, try to set the cellular manually and select Koodo (you have to do it again every time you reset or restart the phone).
